Activities

“Cota zero experiències outdoor” we are a company founded by people ingrained in Garraf that we mainly dedicate to activities in nature such as kayaking, paddle surfing or related to hiking, such as hiking, trekking, climbing, mountain biking (MTT), or educational activities such as the interpretation of nature and landscape, guides, accompaniments, ferrata, … or the combination of physical and sports activities with educational activities (naturalists and the environment).

Our main activities are kayak trips and Paddle Surf along the coast of the Garraf region, through the Miralpeix area (between Sitges and Vilanova), along the Vilanova seafront to Playa Larga, we offer kayak courses of different levels, so that the paddlers have the knowledge and autonomy to perform safety with kayaks. And sometimes we visit the Costa Daurada, on the Costa Brava, Ebre River, Montrebei… to do kayak trip and we also carry out multiple activities with children and we adapt!

We are Pyrenees lovers and we know very well the Pallars and closer regions (Aran and Ribagorça) with his two parks, the Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park and the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, the Benasque Valley, and obviously our magical mountain, Montserrat!

We offer activities both on the coast and in the mountains, the activities we offer are designed to be carried out for anyone of any age and physical condition without discrimination due to disability or handicap, or for other reasons, since we believe that It is possible to do these and other activities in any circumstance, always adapting it to the realities of the groups and users.
